Etre shall have no liability for any breach of these Terms or the Terms Applicable to Sale of Goods caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
