Returns and refunds for customers outside the European Union

If your order was delivered to an address within the European Union, please read our returns and refunds policy for orders delivered within the European Union. The information below applies to orders delivered outside the European Union.

Our policy

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know that you may want to return items and obtain a refund. We may therefore, at our absolute discretion and depending upon the facts of a particular case, extend the right to cancel an order to customers outside the European Union.

Important: If you received your order outside of the European Union and would like to discuss a potential return, please contact us. Do not return your goods to us until we acknowledge your communication and approve their return (we will provide you with a cancellation reference number in this case along with instructions for returning the goods).
